Our family farm lies 8km east of Bandon town in West Cork, Ireland, from where our dairy herd supplies milk to the local co-op. The beginning of Seymour’s biscuit bakery stemmed from the intention to use the butter made from our cows' milk in the production of artisan biscuits. This is a unique feature of our biscuits. In 2008 we established Seymour’s bakery in Bandon and today our small team of bakers supply Ireland’s foremost fine food stores as well as supplying retail customers in export markets.
