Sea Trout are a form of brown trout that decide to go to sea for a better life of greater food choices. Rather like Salmon they then come back again to the river to spawn. Unlike Salmon, Sea Trout do not usually die after spawning. Around 75% will return to the sea again to feed and grow larger.
